Shipping Policies

USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS priority. We offer flat rate priority shipping on orders. Delivery times go into effect the following business day after you place an order pending availability and payment verification. Please allow up to 2 days for your order to process. Most items that are in-stock arrive at desired location within 3-5 business days from the ship date. In the unlikely event of a delay or unavailability, we will inform you by e-mail or phone. Please note that during the HOLIDAY SEASON orders may take additional time to ship. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email customer service at info@shoptriva.com.

SHIPPING METHOD

We aim to have your order out for shipping within 2 business days after it has been placed. After your order leaves our facility, it will be delivered according to the shipping method you selected. Our available shipping methods are as follows:

* Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. Excludes shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories – American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Midway Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Republic of Palau, Republic of the Marshall Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS

We do not ship to the following destinations:

  • P.O. BOX
  • APO/FPO ADDRESSES FOR U.S. MILITARY PERSONNEL STATIONED OVERSEAS
  • U.S. TERRITORIES – AMERICAN SAMOA, FEDERATED STATES OF MICRONESIA, GUAM, MIDWAY ISLANDS, NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS, PUERTO RICO, REPUBLIC OF PALAU, REPUBLIC OF THE MARSHALL ISLANDS, AND U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you’d like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send us an email at info@shoptriva.com. Be sure to include a list of the products you’d like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which we should send a Paypal invoice (we currently only accept Paypal payments for orders shipped abroad). A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to make all the arrangements. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking information will be emailed to you automatically when your order leaves our warehouse.
