Returns/Exchanges

We hope that you love your new purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchased item(s) post-marked within 14 days from the date received for a refund or exchange. Please email us at info@shoptriva.com if you wish to request a return authorization (RA). Once approved, you will receive an e-mail containing your RA number, along with packaging and shipping instructions. Packages without an RA number CANNOT be accepted as a return. Items must be in original condition, original packaging and tags and must be accompanied by the invoice from the original shipment. A refund will be granted via original payment method less a 15% restocking fee as well as shipping costs. Restocking fees are waived for exchanges, as long as items are in new condition with original packaging.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping, and we recommend purchasing a tracking confirmation as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Please note, after the post marked 14 days period, we will no longer accept the return/exchange. Our shipments go through stringent quality control checks before leaving the warehouse, so that there is no issue upon delivery. Claims for items damaged during transit must be received within two days of receipt of merchandise. All sale and clearance items are final sale, no return or exchanges.

TriVa – The Shop reserves the right to refuse or send back (at customer’s expense) all returns or exchanges that does not meet our return & exchange conditions. All refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds will be issued usually within 5-7 business days after receiving your return minus fees mentioned above. We will send you an email confirmation when your credit card account has been credited, or when your exchanged item has been shipped.
